October 2011:Marc Vee is releasing the smooth jazz cd retitled "My Journey". Marc and I completed mixing and mastering this new project in August. This features Marc's great jazz chops on guitar, plus contributions by his band members: Mark Siracusa: drums and percussion; Matt Baxley (aka Moot Booxle): keyboards and horns; Stew Melcher: bass, and Yours Truly: horns and occasional keys.

September 2011: two tracks on a Kiss remake compilation with Lee Brovitz / Gema Pearl.

August 2011: cutting steel pan and sax o-dubs on Minneapolis- based Vince Maxey's latest effort. We worked together a lot back in the Atlanta years, including the 2002 "Ankorage" cd (re-released in 2009 GAMN Records).

Mar 22, 2011: After a month of problems...Last Gasp is gasping again!

Mar 2011: Henry Gross is now releasing two new cds simultaneously; these tunes are the culmination of the last 2 years of our work together:  "Rhymes & Misdemeanors"  and  "Right as Rain" .... each cd packed with 20 great songs ! Also, a remastered re-release of our 2006 cd "One Hit Wanderer" is on the way.

Dec 2010: Danny Morgan cuts a snappy version of a Mike Reid tune for the new cd.

Nov 2010: just finished engineering / performing on a full length theatrical release movie soundtrack score with Marc Vee here at Last Gasp; look for  "If You Only Knew" soon. Also work continues on marc's new cd

Fall 2010: Red Bovine started out as a silly video that I posted on You Tube in. It's a mock promo for a new "Bowin' Up On Hip Hop" cd of hip-hop classics re-done as country.  Video is here: RED BOVINE: BOWIN' UP ON HIP HOP . Also , look for Red's new release "Somebody's Losin' A Trailer" soon.
